Congratulations to Kadence Pennington, one of our now-fourth graders whose art was selected to be the cover of the Bryan Texas Utilities calendar!
The utility provider has partnered with local elementary school students for more than 25 years to create the fun, educational calendar for the community.
This year's topic was "What can I do to conserve energy?" Kadence's top suggestions for how to save electricity is to spend more time outside, unplug appliances when they are not in use, turn off the lights when no one is in the room, hang clothes outside on to dry.
